Shipping
Standard processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST may be processed the following business day.
Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.
Delivery times vary by location. U.S. orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days. International deliveries can take 7–16 days. Full details are available on our Shipping page in the footer.
We offer standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders above $100 will receive free ground shipping.
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping will be $9.90 and your orders will be automatically upgraded to air delivery.
Please be advised that shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
Yes, we ship to 27 countries (USA, Australia, Austria, Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For international orders, the total amount paid at checkout includes applicable customs duties and taxes for select countries. However, please note that international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges determined by the receiving country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Once an order is placed we cannot change the shipping address or shipping method. Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order.
We are not able to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.

Product & Sizing
Each product page includes a size chart with measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an oversized fit.
Yes! Most of our pieces are designed with a relaxed, unisex fit unless stated otherwise.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. See our Returns Policy for details.
Email us at help@nowearbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for your preferred size or color.
Orders & Payment
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center in Los Angeles.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item. We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
For the security of our shoppers, our checkout process includes fraud protection measures. If you encounter a "TRANSACTION CANNOT BE PROCESSED" error message, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.
Once your order has been placed, your card will be charged according to the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders and save addresses.
