1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST may be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Rates
U.S. ORDERS:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
- Orders above $100 will receive FREE ground shipping.
- For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping will be $9.90 and your orders will be automatically upgraded to air delivery.
- Please be advised that shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
U.S.A. Shipping Methods
Over $100 FREE Economy 5-8 day $6.90 Standard 3-4 day $9.90 Express 2-3 day $19.90 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Shipping rates vary by location and the estimated weight of your package. Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take 5-15 business days to deliver.
1.3 Change Shipping Address
- Once an order is placed we cannot change the shipping address or shipping method. Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order.
1.4 Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
1.5 Taxes, Customs & Duties (International Orders)
- To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total.
- For international orders, the total amount paid at checkout includes applicable customs duties and taxes for select countries. However, please note that international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges determined by the receiving country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
1.6 Pre-Order Items
- Some items on our site are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order products are purchased in advance and ship once the next production batch is complete.
- Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of checkout. By placing a pre-order, you authorize NOWEAR to charge your selected payment method immediately.
- Shipping window. Pre-order items ship within 2-5 weeks from the date of purchase. This shipping window is an estimate and may adjust slightly depending on production timelines.
- Mixed Orders. If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available. If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us after placing your order.
- Order Updates. A tracking number will be sent as soon as your item ships.
- Returns. Pre-order items follow our standard return policy unless otherwise stated.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Return Window
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The 14-days window begins on the day your order is marked as "delivered".
2.2 Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
- Items returned with signs of wear, stains, or without tags may not be eligible for a refund.
- Final sale items are non-returnable.
- The customer is responsible for the fees related to return shipment.
2.3 Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after returning the original item.
2.4 How to Start a Return
- Email us at help@nowearbrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Send the item back within 2-3 days of receiving instructions.
3. Refunds
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 7-14 business days.
- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only; we cannot refund to a different card or account. Refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at help@nowearbrand.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
