Nowear Community is our Loyalty Program. This is our way of showing our appreciation. When you join, you earn Nowear points with every purchase and exclusive benefits. The higher your tier, the better the benefits you unlock, giving you access to even more exclusive advantages as you progress through the program.

Simply create an Account. It won't take more than two minutes. Once completed, you'll officially be part of our Community.

Yes, no worries, you can opt-out easily through your account. Please note that to leave the program, you must close your Nowear account.

In any case, we do not recommend it because you will lose your accumulated points!

Once you've joined Nowear Community, points are generated from:

Making Purchases: $1 spent = 5 points.

Doing Activities: Actions such as following us on Instagram or TikTok will give you additional points.

To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.

You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the loyalty page, when you are logged in. Points from your purchases will appear as 'pending' immediately after your order. They will become part of your total accumulated value 31 days after the purchase. Points from other activities will appear immediately.

If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. To see all the ways you can redeem your points click the Rewards tab in the menu.

Yes, the points earned will expire after 12 months of inactivity. However, your tier status will remain the same.

If you return a product, your points will be automatically deducted.

Yes, leaving the program will result in the loss of all accumulated and pending points.

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

Our Loyalty Program has three different tiers: The Arrival, The Escape and The Afterparty. To reach each level, you need to accumulate a specific number of points.

Once you reach a tier, you will start unlocking all its benefits. You can check your benefits and rewards in your Account section.

Each tier requires a specific number of points. Once you reach the required amount, you will automatically level up. The transition happens once your points are fully processed, which may take 31 calendar days in case you have gained it through purchases, or a few minutes, if gained by completing different activities.

Once you reach a tier, you never level down.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

At any time, as long as you have the points available. Rewards cannot be redeemed with pending points.

You can redeem them on your Account page once you are logged in. From there, you can redeem any reward by clicking Get Reward on the one you want.

Not all rewards are always available, as some are released as limited editions.

No, only one reward can be redeemed per purchase and they cannot be combined.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
